(Webster, New York, February 20, 2024) The Webster Economic Development Alliance (Alliance) announced today that Governor Kathy Hochul has selected the Village of Webster, New York as one of two winners in the Finger Lakes Region for the competitive NY Forward Community Revitalization Program.  The Village of Webster's downtown revitalization project seeks to create a thriving Main Street which seamlessly blends modern sustainability with the historic character of our community. We are honored to receive the NY Forward funding, which will greatly support our efforts to enhance accessibility and walkability for residents and visitors, provide flexible event space for cultural events, and rejuvenate economic development along Main Street. FAIRLIFE®, A COCA-COLA SUBSIDIARY, SELECTS WEBSTER, NY TO BUILD $650 MILLION PRODUCTION FACILITY

The 745,000 square-foot facility is expected to create approximately 250 new jobs in the Town of Webster

(Webster, New York, May 9, 2023) The Webster Economic Development Alliance (Alliance) announced today that fairlife® has selected Webster, New York as its preferred location for a new production facility. The 745,000 square-foot facility is expected to create up to 250 new, high-paying jobs and will be built on 100 acres off Tebor Road in the eastern suburb of Rochester in Monroe County. The company, which is a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, expects to break ground in the fall of 2023, subject to appropriate approvals and final diligence.  The facility is slated to be operational by the end of 2025, with a total estimated project investment of $650 million.
